Os artem…
When in doubt stick to what you know!
As a professional human osteologist, I find myself going back to bones when I am stuck for an idea, they do make a good solid foundation.
At uni I found drawing bones was the best way to commit their features to memory. Now after years analysing human skeletal remains on a daily basis, I have a deep respect for the diversity and beauty of anatomy… so why not paint it, show the world that bones are beautiful.
